The AFT 2.0 is a time-proven, high-speed machine suitable for the production of the most sophisticated toothbrush designs. A fiberbox with in-line end-rounding feature ensures excellent product quality. Tufts are picked by means of conventional picking technology and transferred into the headplates. Eventually, the headplates can be ultrasonically welded to the handles in an optional assembly machine.
The AFT is available as a manually loaded machine or with all possible automation to reduce operator labor to a minimum, such as fiber loading systems for regular and tapered filaments, handle feeders, palletizers and so on.
