The AVT-S12 is an automated, high speed machine of sturdy and simple construction. Toothbrush headplates are fed into the machine either manually or by means of a bowl feeder. As a standard, the AVT-S12 is equipped with three fiberboxes from which pre-endrounded filaments are picked simultaneously and transported into the head plate by means of vacuum technology. Subsequently, the filaments are profiled and fused together. These tufted heads can be ejected or assembled inline into toothbrush handles.
While similar to the AVT-S6, this machine has more stations allowing more brush head design options.
