The AVT-S6 is an automated, high speed machine of sturdy and simple construction. Toothbrush headplates are fed into the machine either manually or by means of a bowl feeder. As a standard, the machine is equipped with two fiberboxes from which pre-endrounded filaments are picked simultaneously and transported into the head plate by means of vacuum technology. Subsequently, the filaments are profiled and fused together.
The AVT-S6 is a highly competitive machine, which is ideal for a toothbrush manufacturer to enter the growing market of anchorless toothbrushes with a high-output machine at the lowest investment.
