The Hepta-DR is suitable for the drilling and filling of wooden and bamboo toothbrushes. It ensures a clean drilling quality and thorough dust removal for optimal hygiene of the products. Drilling and tufting is done in the same clamp so that the drilling and filling pattern match perfectly. The smooth running high-speed Hepta filling machine has a triple fiberbox, suitable for regular and tapered filaments, and runs at up to 900 holes and tufts per minute depending on the application. Switching-off the drill allows running standard pre-cored plastic handles.
