The Hepta-Flexi toothbrush production cell is a combination of two or more Hepta filling units with one finishing machine. The different units are connected by a flexible conveyor system, which transports carriers that are holding the handles or the brushes.
The filling units work in parallel for mass production (up to 80 brushes/min). They can also be used sequentially for brushes with e.g. two different hole diameters.
The layout can be customized depending on the available floorspace, with excellent accessibility throughout.
