This form-fill-seal machine can process carton blisters with a height of up to 80 mm, made of 100% cardboard (mono-material blister), even with sealed dust flaps. The HSU 650 automatically forms the pre-cut cartons, seals the dust flaps, forms and seals the inlay to fix the brushes (if required), and seals the front card before the finished products are ejected onto an outfeed conveyor.
The machine is also available with a thermo-forming station for the production of island blisters.
