The Loop Matic is an automatic machine for the production of loop-end Kentucky mops: the mop material is automatically looped, stitched at the ends and the central band is added. The unloading of the finished mop is automatic on a conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with an integrated labeling unit that prints, cuts and positions the label.
The Nemo thread feeding- and cutting unit can be integrated so that this machine can be manufactured both loop-end as well as cut-end Kentucky mops.
