The Radial 5 is an automatic mop assembly machine suitable for the production of single pin mops with up to five types of non-woven materials. The materials are fed automatically, cut-off, and assembled on the pin with the correct angle. The finished mop is automatically ejected on a conveyor belt (Radial 5 Matic) or positioned precisely for transfer to the optional integrated flow-pack packaging machine (Radial 5 Robot). Pins and caps are loaded automatically while the mop assembly takes place.
