The Radial 3 is a simple mop assembly machine suitable for semi-manual production of single pin mops with up to three types of non-woven materials. The materials are fed automatically, cut-off, and assembled on the pin with the correct angle. The operator removes the finished mop, loads pins and caps while the assembly takes place. An electronic light screen is provided for operator safety.
