The Galileo is a compact mop assembly machine suitable for semi-automatic production of mops. The caps and forks are loaded manually, while the actual mop material is fed automatically. The assembly cycle starts as soon as the operator removes his hands after loading the cap and fork, and the finished mop is ejected automatically on a chute or conveyor belt. For mops with metal forks, a special Galileo MT version is available (1200 mops/h). Also Galileo 2 is available for higher output of 1600 mops/h.
