The X20 is a compact mop assembly machine suitable for semi-automatic production of heavy-duty mops. The caps and forks are loaded manually, while the actual mop material is fed automatically. The assembly cycle starts as soon as the operator removes his hands after loading the cap and fork, and the finished mop is ejected automatically on a conveyor belt. X20 is available with an integrated automatic printer-label unit (X20-label).
